Subject	Aluminum vs. Polyurethane

Message	Does anyone have positive or negative opinions/experiences with aluminum or polyurethane subframe and differential bushings? I'm comparing SPL's aluminum subframe bushings combined with Nismo's differential bushings or just going all Energy suspension. I know the aluminum produces more noise but besides that what are the significant differences in performance and longetivity?
